Comments:
This very clean and hangared Cherokee 235 has only had five owners since it came out of the factory. The engine is original to the aircraft and has one overhaul since new, recommended TBO is 2000 hours. The oil pump gear AD was complied with at overhaul. This overhaul was performed by Gray Aviation Inc. with chrome cylinders from Gibson Aviation Inc. new pistons were installed. A $10,000 factory new Hartzell Scimitar propeller was installed in 2006. The maintenance records are very clean, complete and include the service manual and parts manual. The current owner does not have time to fly the aircraft on a regular basis.
